Shane's Crossing 5k

The 5th race in the Mercer Health 5K Challenge is this Saturday, July 18th in Rockford.  The Shane’s Crossing 5K registration takes place in Shane’s Park beginning at 7:30, opening ceremonies at 8:15, with the 5K taking off at 8:30.

Going into this weekend 211 individuals are still eligible to earn a Mercer Health 5K Challenge shirt by competing in at least six of the eight Challenge races.  Eighty-five individuals have competed in the first four Challenge events and can earn a half-zip runners pullover by also competing in the final four races of the season.

If you plan to compete in at least six of the Mercer Health 5K Challenge races, your shirt size is needed as soon as possible. All you need to do is click on the SUBMIT SHIRT SIZE tab on the left of this page and provide us with your information.  The following sizes are available:  X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and XX-Large. A sample of each size is available at the Challenge events.  You also may provide us your shirt size by marking it beside your name on the Challenge Standings board at each event.

Entry forms for the remaining Challenge 5K's are available under the Entry Forms tab of this website.  Also the current Standings and results from Zuma, Country Fest, Redskin Classic and St. Clair 5K’s are posted under the Race Menu on the left.
