Lake Festival Results, Challenge Standings & More

Two races remain in the 2013 Mercer Health 5K Challenge season.  Saturday, August 3rd is the Buzzard's Glory 5K in Coldwater.  The race is slated to begin at 8:30 AM.  This race has become one of the most challenging races of the year, as they receive an outstanding number of participants each year. The series will wrap up the following week in Burkettsville. Whether you have ran all of the races or looking to run your first race we hope you will join us for the final two weeks.

The Lake Festival 5K results have been posted, the Challenge standings are up-to-date and most shirt sizes have been submitted.

The following people need to submit their shirt size if they intend to run 6 of the 8 Challenge races:

Travis Sutter, Anthony Jones, Andrew Jones, Derek Sutter (age 17), Isaac Keller, Jacob Huelskamp, Dale Guingrich, Ashley Lefeld, Christa Sextro, Allison Keen, Nicci Zahn, Theresa Wendel, Janet Roessner.

If you are on this list and are NOT going to be able to run 6 of the 8 races please click the CONTACT US tab at the top of this page.  Please give your name and NO SHIRT.

LAKE FESTIVAL AWARDS - some award winners were not present at the awards presentation.  Their awards can be picked up at the Celina-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce office, 226 N. Main St., Celina. 

Male 14 & Under - Jarren Casto; 30-34 (not sure which one did get their award) 1st place - Kelly Gudorf OR Wesley Harris; Female 30 - 34 - Brandy Sawmiller; Male 35-39 - Curt Cramer; 40-44 (not sure which one) Sandy Heitkamp OR George Noonan; Female 55-59 - Norma Saunder; Female 60+ Lynn Myers and Male 60+ - David Hoffman.
